The software, hardware, and service platform enables the owners and managers of multifamily properties to offer smart homes as an amenity to their residents while simultaneously improving the efficiency of their operations. The software is live in over a dozen markets and counting. They're a small team making a lot happen, they are the leaders in this space taking on some big names, and are on track for a billion dollar outcome.

Your Mission
  • Drive outcome of warm, qualified leads to be passed to Regional Sales Managers and Account Execs. 
  • Train, manage, and support sales development representatives in outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and the some closing of small opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the CEO, COO, and Director of Sales to develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives
  • Oversee sales operations, responsible for the development of performance metrics and process that drive effective strategy and execution
  • Establish and manage sales partnerships, including ensuring proper training and supporting materials for partner organizations and a smooth handoff of opportunities to our internal sales org


About You
  • You have managed and coached SDR's and inside sales AE's (SMB)
  • You have hired and grown a team
  • You are hungry for the startup experience and are excited to build something from the ground up
  • You have direct selling experience
  • You enjoy building effective process for an inside sales team
  • You have worked with partners to scale pipeline generation
